USE YOUR BROWSER'S "BACK" BUTTON TO GET BACK. CATALOG: If your session is interrupted, write down the "CAT#" at the bottom of the page (example: 23/H3 = Page 023 / ROUTE MAP H3). Next time click on CATALOG on the map page (it downloads a little slowly), then click on the page # (they're in numerical order). You will continue your trip where you left off, the last time you were there. Don't use the catalog for viewing pages randomly. It's largely a continuous story and you'll miss the very essence of it. --------- MUSIC: If you only have a 56K connection, it's not an easy task. The best way to enjoy music, if you play it in the background continuously. At best your modem will buffer a little, play a little, then buffer again, etc. If you play one song at a time, it's not so bad, but you'll have to toy with it all the time. This is my suggestion: Right click on CONTIUOUS MUSIC, click on Save Target, Save as, etc. It'll take 7 to 8 hours (53.3 MB), so start it before you go to bed. It'll be there next morning :-). Next time start it from your media player (File, Open, etc.), minimize it and then start Bigadventures. Individual titles can be downloaded this way too, they should take 5 to 8 minutes each. Either way, write down where you saved it and make sure it's the correct path. If it still doesn't work, check if your version of Windows Media Player can play MP3 format: Tools, Options, Formats, check list, check MP3 box, if unchecked or click on Select All. If it's not on the list, go to: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp? and download the latest version free. It takes a while though. --------- MAPS: They download a little slowly (especially the large entire island map), but if your impatient and you go on before they're completely done, they might get stuck in a fuzzy (half downloaded) state. Hit F5 to refresh the page. USE YOUR BROWSER'S "BACK" BUTTON TO GET BACK.
